This luxury holiday cottage has been designed with your comfort in mind. It is centrally-heated and offers excellent living accommodation for either self-catering or bed and breakfast holidays. There is a large galleried lounge, two ensuite bedrooms, kitchen and laundry room. |

An entrance hall with storage space for boots and coats leads into the property. The stone-flagged lounge is spacious and the underfloor heating and log-burning stove will ensure that you are always toasty at the end of the day. (We chose to put in a log-burning stove because they give out more more heat than a real fire!) Relax on the cosy sofas, whilst you listen to CDs, read books or plan the next day's itinerary |

In the downstairs bedroom there is oakflooring and an electric shower. Both bedrooms are warm and inviting with colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, hair-dryers, robes, and complimentary toiletries |

The large kitchen/diner is equipped with a range, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also shared use of a small laundry room with with washing machine and tumble-dryer. (Bed and breakfast guests are able to use both these facilities at their own convenience.) |
| Outside is a private car-parking space and a lock-up garage for cycles and motorbikes. There is a secluded patio where you can enjoy a barbecue, or simply sit and soak up the country air when the weather allows. |  |
